Notices of Application lapse and are of no further force and effect after 6 months. If a Notice of Application listed was filed more than 6 months earlier, it may have lapsed unless an application or a caveat has been filed. If you are uncertain whether a Notice of Application has lapsed, please contact the Court Registry in the applicable Judicial Centre.
