Courtroom Docket

Please note: The cases scheduled for hearing, as well as the assigned judges and courtrooms, may change up to the time scheduled for cases to proceed due to last-minute settlements and postponements or for other related reasons. As a matter of policy and court practice, for reasons of privacy, Family Law, Divorce, Child Apprehension and Youth Criminal Justice matters are not listed by name on the on-line docket. Parties, counsel and other persons interested in or affected by a particular case should check with the local court registry to confirm the status of the matter.

Chambers Docket

Matters appearing on the Chambers Docket will not have courtroom appearances. These matters are reviewed by the by the judge without oral submissions from the parties (i.e., they are reviewed in the judge’s chambers). Please do not attend at the Supreme Court for matters noted on the Chambers Docket. Please note as well that a judicial decision may not necessarily be made on the date indicated below. Please do not contact the Court inquiring if a decision has been made; once the judge issues a decision and the necessary administrative work has been completed by Court staff, the Court will be in contact with the parties as required.
