The Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador has jurisdiction to hear appeals in criminal, civil and family law matters from the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador General Division and Family Division, Provincial Court (indictable offences) and designated boards and administrative tribunals.
