How do I obtain a criminal records check to obtain a pardon?
Once you obtain a Pardons Kit from the RNC/RCMP or Provincial Court, complete the section titled “Court Information”. If you were convicted in more than one court centre, copy the “Court Information”, ensure you have signed and dated the application, and send it to the applicable courts. Provincial Court does not charge a fee to complete this application. See information on this website regarding the process to follow to obtain a pardon.
